Claude Code, for your kid.

A creative coding playground where kids 8–16 build real games by talking to AI — the same frontier AI from Anthropic that professional developers use every day, wrapped in an interface a ten-year-old can actually use.

For the grown-up reading over their shoulder

Your kid's future is built on AI. Here's how they learn to build it.

By the time today's ten-year-old finishes school, AI fluency will be as basic as typing. The kids who use AI and the kids who build with it end up in different worlds — carried by the tide, or learning to swim.

Reading about AI is one thing. Building with it, at age ten, is another.

What your kid actually does

A real coding tool. Hidden inside a toy.

make a space shooter with stars
let ship = { x: 60, y: 100 }
let stars = []
function update() { ... }
01 / Vibe coding

Type an idea. Watch the game appear.

Your kid types 'make a space shooter' — the AI writes working code, the game runs immediately. No brackets to balance, no colons to debug.

1if (input.a) ship.y -= 2
2spawn(enemy, 120, y)
3score = score + 1

What this does
A
02 / "What does this do?"

Every line of code, explained in kid-language.

Hover on any line. The AI translates the code into what it actually does. Kids learn the grammar of programming by reading real code, not worksheets.

AI
Playtest report
Ship fell through floor at y=128.
Try: if (ship.y > 120) …
03 / Auto-playtest

The AI plays the game. Reports what's broken.

When something doesn't work, the AI runs the game itself, catches the error, and tells your kid what to fix — in plain English. Real engineering practice, visible.

Anthropic's frontier AI

The same AI engine that powers professional developer tools. Not a kid-toy stand-in — the real thing, wrapped in an interface a ten-year-old can use.

A fast helper model handles smaller tasks (explain, hints, playtest) — same stack, right tool for each job.
Built for kids 8–16

Safe by design, not by disclaimer.

  • Every prompt and output is moderated for age-appropriate content before it reaches your kid.
  • Conversations aren't used to train Anthropic's models — kid data stays kid data.

Questions parents ask

The stuff you want to know before you hand your kid the keyboard.

Is it safe for my kid?

COPPA-compliant. No ads, ever. No DMs, no open chat, no friend requests. The public gallery only allows pre-set emoji reactions, and every shared game is reviewed before it goes live.

Is there chat or social messaging?

No. Kids never message other kids. The only interaction on shared games is a small set of moderated emoji reactions. No usernames, no inbox, no strangers reaching them.

What does the AI actually do?

It writes working game code from your kid's plain-language idea ("a frog that jumps on lily pads"), then explains every line. Your kid reads the code, edits it, and remixes — the AI is a tutor, not a ghost-writer.

Can my kid keep the games they make?

Yes. Free plan saves up to 3 games. Pro exports any game as a standalone HTML file that runs in any browser, forever — even if you cancel. Their work is theirs.

What's the refund & cancel policy?

Cancel anytime from the account page — one click, no phone call. Full refund within 14 days of any paid upgrade, no questions. Month-to-month, no lock-in.

What ages is it actually for?

Ages 8–16. Reading level around grade 3. Zero prior coding required for the visual "No-Type" templates; kids ready for syntax unlock the full TypeScript editor around age 10–11.

Still have a question? Email hello@vibeboy.app — a real human replies within a day.

Your kid's first line of real code is one prompt away.
